Radio Work to Stimulate Civic Participation in Democracy and Human Rights

Culture Radio the people's Station with support from BREAD FOR THE WORLD, has launched a two-day capacity-building workshop for radio staff in Freetown, Kenema, Kambia, Port Loko, Western Area Rural District and Kono to strengthen thier skills against fake news, misinformation, disinformation, and the harmful use of Artificial intelligence (AI).

The training, which holds from 5th–6th December, 2025, focuses on media and information literacy, conflict-sensitive reporting, fact-checking, and promoting peace, security, and good governance in the country.
